Complimentary plus Fast Wifi for All

The carrier stated that this complimentary, “quick and reliable” wifi service via the satellite provider becomes available for passengers in coach, business, and first class starting next month.

Widespread Implementation Over Various Flight Operators

The parent organization of the airline, International Airlines Group, stated it had reached an deal with the satellite firm to offer internet coverage on over 500 jets across its carriers, which also include the Irish airline, the Spanish carrier, plus Vueling.

Seamless Internet starting at Gate to Landing

BA stated that this implementation for this system was part of a £7bn “modernization” initiative and would deliver uninterrupted wifi service to travelers from boarding through arrival, even when they are flying across seas and far-off locations.
